1. What types of Payment do you accept?
It’s easy to pay and order. You can pay with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, we accept all debit and credit cards. 2. Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
Yes you can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind within that time, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll refund you in full as soon as we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet.
3. How do I return an item?

4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one!
5. What happens if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and a video/photo of the issue along with your message.
